At GlowMod, each order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please review our processing and delivery timeframes below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery period begins.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days after dispatch.
Including order processing, the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is 8–13 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking status.
Delivery Delays
These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
